Barry Brown has 19 years of real estate development experience in Bozeman, MT, primarily concentrated in commercial adaptive reuse. He and his business partner re-developed the Northside PUD, a previous mill site in Bozeman, MT. Once the Northside PUD was stabilized, Barry and his partner expanded into what would become the Cannery District. The entire project consists of 14 buildings, over 200,000 square feet of commercial adaptive reuse and new construction, as well as 52 residential units in a 60,000 square foot mixed-use building. Barry is a managing partner of Cannery District Partners, which developed, retained, and continues to manage 90% of the commercial square footage within the project. The development of the project spanned 16 years and delivered and stabilized its final building in 2022. Additionally, Barry is a principal in 19th Capital Group and University Crossing in Bozeman which has developed or is currently developing both commercial and residential products, respectively.

Andrew Davis is the Principal of Downing Street Investments and handles the underwriting, investments, and investor relations within Downing Street Commercial Partners. Andrew has 18 years of experience in real estate, ranging from acquisitions, development, asset management and investor relations. Previously, Andrew oversaw acquisitions and asset management at Forum Real Estate Group. Andrew acquired over 3,000 apartment homes while overseeing a team that actively managed a portfolio of 15,000 apartment homes. In addition, Andrew was responsible for the final stages of development from certificate of occupancy to pre-leasing and stabilization. Prior to Forum, Andrew was with UDR, Inc., an S&P 500 Multifamily REIT where he was responsible for the oversight and direction of a 50,000-home national multifamily portfolio. Andrew merged development underwriting within operations to ensure development proformas were accurately reflected from an operations perspective ensuring cost controls were in place and returns were appropriately underwritten. Lastly, Andrew helped direct the Company’s portfolio strategy with regards to disposition/acquisition/development and redevelopment activities. Prior to his work at UDR, Andrew was a buy-side analyst with Morgan Stanley for four years.
Connor Brown joined Downing Street Investments in 2020 and is responsible for investment sourcing, underwriting, acquisitions, and development. Connor brings 5 years of experience in all aspects of commercial real estate investment. Prior to joining DSI, Connor held multiple positions at the Cannery District development in Bozeman, MT. While at the Cannery District, he was integral in consolidating the asset ownership from four entities into one, while recapitalizing the assets and refinancing with long-term debt. Also, he was involved in the construction of the development’s residential asset, Cannery Flats. Connor received a Bachelor’s in Business Administration with concentrations in Finance and Marketing from Gonzaga University in Spokane, WA. Currently residing in Bozeman, MT, Connor enjoys hunting, fishing, golfing and skiing.
