Introducing Aaker
A new walkable village is coming to Bozeman’s southwest side. Human-scaled, locally grown, and faithful to the outdoor life. Aaker is envisioned as a trailhead to adventure of all kinds, a 95-acre infill site designed as a healthy mix of places to shop, eat, sip, celebrate, work and live. And one third is dedicated to recreational parks, trails and open space. The Aaker plan has received unanimous approval, construction on our first neighborhood and the first section of our signature greenway begins in 2023. We invite you to join us.
For every adventure there’s an apres
Bozeman is surrounded by nature on a grand scale. What’s missing are places to get together on a human scale. To raise a glass, swap stories and live in the moment. This place is too good not to be shared.
a new destination for bozeman & beyond
Located in the Montana State University District, Aaker is perfectly positioned to support Bozeman’s growth. Just south of I-90, at 19th Avenue and Kagy Street, Aaker is convenient to downtown, the airport, the hospital, less than an hour from Big Sky and a short walk to MSU’s football stadium. Go Bobcats! It’s ideal as both a regional destination and a local hangout. And it’s part of a state-designated Opportunity Zone for business.
The sweet spot between range and river
Aaker is a 95-acre mixed-use infill development with 1/3 designated as parks and open space.
Our first neighborhood and the beginning of our signature greenway gets underway in 2023.
THE AAKER NAME
For three generations – starting with Danish emigrant Nic Aajker – the Aaker family farmed this land, acutely aware of its value and its beauty. The industrious pioneering spirit that began over a century ago inspires us to create something lasting and worthy of the family name. Through sustainable planning and design we will continue as stewards of this important ground. To create our own legacy.
A local, Community-Minded Team
Aaker’s design and development team is as local as it gets. Nationally renowned Bozeman- and mountain-west-based firms, Intrinsik Architecture, Design 5 Landscape Architecture and Oz Architecture, led by Spring Creek Capital, have come together to ensure this project lives up to its potential.
